Welcome to the all-in-one online gateway to a healthier life. StewardCONNECT is the Steward Health Care patient portal, designed to improve your patient experience and enhance access to your health information. You can easily and securely access your hospital AND outpatient practice information.

You can access the portal from a desktop computer, laptop, smartphone or tablet device to:

• check your visit history
• schedule appointments
• manage your medical bills
• contact provider's office
• review lab results and reports

Registration Is Free

Visit StewardConnectFL.org and click on the blue "Sign Up" button. Anyone registering for the StewardCONNECT portal for the first time should respond “NO” when prompted to answer: “Do you already have a StewardCONNECT portal?”

If you receive a message that the system is not recognizing you as a patient, please call the StewardCONNECT portal support line at 888-696-0108. The support team will need to send you a new email invitation to complete your sign-up.
